My first instinct was to tell her not to waste<img width="248" vspace="4" hspace="4" height="263" border="1" align="right" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.bloggingstocks.com/media/2007/11/hollandia_elite_12.jpg" alt="" /> the money on such foolish things. Instead, I thought to tell her, let's plow it all into <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/google-inc/goog/nas">Google </a>(NASDAQ: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/google-inc/goog/nas">GOOG</a>). I mean, we're really going for broke here. All our savings, the second mortgage, the kids' college money. We've got everything in Google. I'm even thinking of changing our last name to Google. <br /><br />I mean, what's the worse that happens? The kids go to state school instead of my alma mater, Harvard?<br /><br />But then I saw the light (Hat tip to <a href="http://www.bornrich.org/entry/tv-bed-powered-with-subwoofer-ipod-dock-your-own-luxury-oasis/">BornRich.org</a>). <a href="http://www.hollandiaus.com/main.html">Hollandia</a>, an Israeli furniture firm branded as producing the most technologically advanced beds on the planet, has introduced The Platinum-Luxe Elite bed. Well, not much in terms of a name, but hey, Google doesn't mean much, either.<p><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2007/11/29/what-a-tech-investor-wants-for-the-holidays/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>What a tech investor wants for the holidays</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2007/11/29/what-a-tech-investor-wants-for-the-holidays/">What a tech investor wants for the holidays</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com">BloggingStocks</a> on Thu, 29 Nov 2007 17:15:00 EST.
