No doubt, this was a big drag on <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/heidrick-and-struggles-international-inc/hsii/nas">Heidrick &amp; Struggles International, Inc.</a> (NASDAQ: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/heidrick-and-struggles-international-inc/hsii/nas">HSII</a>), which is a top global executive search firm. </p>
<p>In the <a href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/29363431/">quarter</a>, revenues fell 12.1% to $134.9 million.
