Inc</a> (NASDAQ: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/yahoo-inc/yhoo/nas">YHOO</a>) may be moving closer to outsourcing its search advertising to <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/google-inc/goog/nas">Google Inc</a> (NASDAQ: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/google-inc/goog/nas">GOOG</a>) after an initial test yielded what they considered to be positive results.</li>
