In fact, according to IDC, Longtop is ranked #3 for banking IT solutions in China. Basically, the company helps with things like ATMs, call centers, credit cards, online banking, and so on.

As a testament to its capabilities, Longtop currently provides services to three of the four largest state-controlled national banks.

And growth has been surging. From 2004 to 2006, revenues spiked from $15.2 million to $43.2 million. What's more, the company is currently profitable.

The lead underwriter is Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) and the proposed ticker symbol is "LFT."
