Here, he reviews <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/philip-morris-international-inc/pm/nys">Philip Morris International</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/philip-morris-international-inc/pm/nys">PM</a>) and <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/pepsico-inc/pep/nys">PepsiCo</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/pepsico-inc/pep/nys">PEP</a>).</p>
<p>Slee explains, "Philip Morris continues to benefit from rising tobacco consumption and 'uptrading' as people in the emerging countries switch to more expensive products.</p>

<p>"If you think that the unemployment rate will rise in 2009, then you ought to love HMS Holdings. They recently raised their 2009 guidance because they expect higher unemployment.</p>
