Only a few minutes later, the report: <a href="http://twitter.com/themediaisdying/status/1163365650">rumor confirmed</a>. Dozens of media insiders were buzzing with the almost-news and the fact remained: the <a href="http://www.findingdulcinea.com/news/business/2009/jan/Seattle-Post-Intelligencer-Is-Latest-Metropolitan-Daily-in-Crisis.html">paper will close if a backer isn't found</a> in the next few weeks.</p><p><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/01/30/seattle-post-intelligencer-closing-say-media-insiders/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Seattle Post-Intelligencer close to closing: But not THAT close</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2009/01/30/seattle-post-intelligencer-closing-say-media-insiders/">Seattle Post-Intelligencer close to closing: But not THAT close</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com">BloggingStocks</a> on Fri, 30 Jan 2009 20:04:00 EST.
