Analyst upgrades, downgrades and initiations: BT, NFLX, AZN, PFE ...

Analyst upgrades:

Deutsche Bank upgraded BT Group (NYSE: BT) to Buy from Hold as it believes the company's Q4 results could remove uncertainty and cost cutting initiatives could drive upside.
Baird upgraded Stanley Works (NYSE: SWK) to Outperform from Neutral and raised their target to $42 from $34 citing valuation, solid execution, and growth potential.
Citigroup upgraded Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) to Buy from Hold as it believes the recent sell-off presents an attractive buying opportunity. The firm believes Netflix has one of the best earnings outlooks in the internet sector and increased its target price to $52 from $37.
AstraZeneca (NASDAQ: AZN) was upgraded to Buy from Neutral at UBS.
Joy Global (NYSE: JOYG) and Bucyrus (NYSE: BUCY) were raised to Buy from Neutral at Goldman.

Analyst upgrades:

Citigroup upgraded Tyco (NYSE: TYC) shares to Buy from Hold on valuation as they believe the recent weakness has created an attractive entry point. The firm lowered its target price to $25 from $26.
Deutsche Bank raised SAP (NYSE: SAP) to Buy from Hold on valuation as it finds the risk/reward attractive at current levels.
Oppenheimer upgraded Onlin Corp (NYSE: OLN) to Outperform from Perform on valuation as it sees strong support at $10 and potential upside to $20. The firm has a $20 target on the stock.

MOST NOTEWORTHY: Stryker, General Dynamics and Garmin were today's noteworthy upgrades:

Baird upgraded shares of Stryker (NYSE: SYK) to Outperform from Neutral as they believe the company's manufacturing problems are more manageable than expected and that supply constraints involving the Trident acetabular cup appear more limited.
Wachovia raised General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) to Outperform from Market Perform, citing valuation, likely resumption in buybacks, and conservative guidance.
Oppenheimer upgraded shares of Garmin (NASDAQ: GRMN) to Outperform from Perform on valuation, as they believe sentiment has troughed and that downward revisions are already priced into shares.

MOST NOTEWORTHY: Turkcell (TKC), Lloyds TSB Group (LYG), DSW Inc (DSW) and the European telecom sector were today's most noteworthy upgrades:

Matrix finds DSW Inc (NYSE: DSW) shares fairly valued at current levels and believes improving pricing is leading to higher profit margins and upgraded shares to Hold from Sell.
